I’ve been using Tenobet since about the spring, and I figure I’ve got a fair bit of mileage to actually comment. Came across it through a mate of mine who was after a site with proper lobby depth without the usual affordability checks you get now on the UK licensed sites. Should flag early: it’s not UK Gambling Commission licensed and it isn’t on the GamStop scheme, which will matter to some of you a lot.
The lobby is genuinely big — roughly 3,500+ slots by my count, and the providers that matter are present: Pragmatic Play, Net Ent, Play’n GO, BTG, Yggdrasil, Microgaming’s back catalogue. I mostly stick to Sweet Bonanza plus Sweet Bonanza, which both load quick in browser. Live side is all Evolution, so you know what you’re getting — proper croupiers, the game shows like Crazy Time when I fancy a punt on something daft. They do sports as well, which gets a bit of use from me on the football, decent odds, nothing groundbreaking.
Bonus-wise is a 100% match to ?125 plus 100 spins thrown in, and you need the promo code JOIN002 at deposit or it won’t trigger. Read the wagering before depositing, the requirement is not the loosest to be honest. There’s no no-deposit bonus as far as I can tell. If you want to see current promos, you’ll find them at tenobet before you sign up. Min deposit’s ?10, signing up took maybe two minutes.
Payments have been the stronger part for me. Visa and Mastercard work, Skrill and Neteller are supported, and crypto for anyone who wants that. E-wallet withdrawals have landed within a day; Visa took closer to three days. My main gripe was KYC — they took 36-48 hours to clear my documents, and my first withdrawal sat waiting the whole time. Nothing shady about it, just a bit of a wait.
Other gripes: no native app, so it’s browser only. Works fine on my phone but I do miss having one. The login sometimes gets sluggish at peak times. Live chat at Tenobet is live chat, English, decent, but the opening messages read like templates. Push past that and they sort it.
